{fog of guts}
By SJ Fowler

I choose to sit upstairs though I know that is where the robberies happen, it was I who warned her not to sit upon the second tier, at the rear. But it is morning and strong, with the stomach cramps, I imagine the city burns and the fog of my guts allows a time to heal.

They have a sense of humour, like us, a friend, an Onion, peeled on the day of the deaf in one ear a pigeon is least likely to take its own life, considering the life he has and the fake laughter he can hurl at colleagues This is Sunday humour.

The working man climbs onto the bus & is looking so hard at a young woman on the street, he doesn’t see the pane of glass by his seat has been removed for cleaning & falls right through, scattering his brain on the pavement. She notices him now.

Flocks of migrating birds charge the red trains, blinding the driver & cracking the screen until in their thousands they penetrate the cabin & carriage, derailing the train until it crashes burning into a station while they use the accuracy of their beaks to peck at the faces of the dull-witted animals who will cover themselves in cloth & work for other gains.

A man with eye troubles, with white eyes, carries a vial of petrol in his pocket to burn the deoxyribonuclaeic acid he leaves behind, unable resist the mannequins at Tevenar’s, tossing himself into the shop window. An old store they have plexiglas & he bounces off, while the sixteen year old clerk with the patch laughs at his attempt he bursts into the store & begins to sexually assault her before putting his head through the counter, which is made of glass. Another example of multiple pseudo-defenestration.
